What I Offer
All sessions are grounded in deep listening, intuition, and twenty years of experience across wellbeing practices. I specialise in working with women who want to feel more connected, energised and able to walk their truth — without guilt or self-doubt.
Reiki Healing
1:1 energy sessions & certified Reiki Level I & II training. Hands-on energy therapy to release tension, restore flow and support emotional wellbeing.
Sound Baths
Monthly group sessions & private 1:1 Gently guided relaxation using crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums and breathwork.
Conscious Coaching
Personalised coaching for clarity, confidence and balance. Backed by science and grounded in real life — no fluff, just tools that work.
Women’s Circles & Workshops
Gatherings to connect, reflect and grow. Circle sessions and themed workshops to support your journey in community.
