Choose a calming individual treatment, join a Sound Bath or book a longer session combining several therapies.
Each appointment offers time to slow down, settle and focus on your wellbeing in a comfortable and welcoming setting.
Sound Baths
Group Sound Baths in Barnstaple and Clovelly, with private sessions available by arrangement.
A Sound Bath is a restful experience using therapeutic sound and vibration.
You will be invited to sit or lie comfortably while Lou uses a selection of instruments to create layers of sound around the room. There is nothing you need to do other than settle, listen and allow yourself time to pause.
No previous experience is needed.

Hope Studio in Clovelly
Sessions are available from £10 per hour.

Private Sound Baths
Private one-to-one and small group Sound Baths are also available by arrangement.
Prices depend on the location, number of people attending and the requirements of the session. Contact Lou with your preferred location and group size for a quote.
Before Booking a Sound Bath
Sound Baths may not be suitable for everyone.
Please do not attend a Sound Bath if any of the following apply to you:
- You have had surgery within the past six weeks
- You are pregnant
- You have a pacemaker
- You have epilepsy
- You have an unmanaged mental health condition
- You experience severe tinnitus

Reiki Healing
30 minutes | £30
60 minutes | £45
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive treatment carried out while you remain fully clothed.
You can lie on a treatment couch or sit comfortably while Lou places her hands lightly on, or just above, different areas of the body.
The session is quiet and unhurried, giving you time to rest without needing to talk or take part in any activity.
People often choose Reiki when they want:
- Time to become still
- A gentle, hands-on or hands-off treatment
- A peaceful break from a busy routine
- A calm and comfortable experience
- Space to rest without pressure
Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical care or advice
Reiki Training
Lou also offers Reiki I and Reiki II training for those who would like to learn Reiki for themselves.

Facial Reflexology Section

60 minutes | £45
Facial Reflexology is a gentle treatment using precise touch and flowing massage techniques across the face.
You will lie comfortably while Lou works across different areas of the face in a calm and unhurried way.
Choose a shorter 30-minute session or allow more time to settle with a 60-minute treatment.
The treatment may suit you if you enjoy:
- Gentle facial treatments
- A quiet and restful appointment
- Treatments that do not involve full-body massage
- Time to switch off and be still
- A calming addition to your wellbeing routine
Indian Head Massage
Seated treatment, 30 minutes | £30
Couch treatment with oils, 45 minutes | £45
Indian Head Massage focuses on areas that often hold everyday physical tension, including the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

Seated Indian Head Massage
This 30-minute treatment is carried out while you remain seated and fully clothed.
No oils are used, making it a practical choice if you prefer a shorter treatment or do not wish to lie on a treatment couch.
Indian Head Massage with Oils
This 45-minute treatment is carried out on a treatment couch using organic Neal’s Yard oils.
The longer appointment gives you more time to settle while Lou works across the shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
Indian Head Massage and Facial Reflexology
60 minutes | £55
This combined treatment brings together Indian Head Massage and Facial Reflexology in one appointment.
It is a good choice if you would like more time to rest and enjoy both treatments without booking them separately.
The session may include work across the shoulders, neck, scalp and face, depending on the treatment format agreed with Lou.

Four therapies in one 90-minute session
RESET·REST·RESTORE combines Facial Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and therapeutic sound.
This longer treatment is designed for anyone who would like an extended period of calm and uninterrupted rest.

Glow & Flow Pamper Parties
